Should I Tell her I love her before I’m there or while I’m there?

I’m 16 years old and I live in Connecticut we met online through a series of very fortunate events, shes 18 and in Florida. We are in touch constantly, either phone calls, Skype, or text. She likes me (that’s all I’m confident enough to say), I Love her. I’m going to Florida after Christmas to see her and I want to know if I should tell her I love her before or while I’m there.

Tell her when you're there. That's an important thing and it will be more meaningful for both of you face-to-face. Also you'll get a better read on her reaction and that will help you both decide how to proceed.

Something that important is definitely better said face-to-face. I'm sure she'll appreciate it more if you can look her in the eye and say it.
