Shouid I tell someone?

When I was in the third grade my mother pulled me out of school for no reason and I haven’t been back since. I am 16 and I should be in high school. For years I’ve been telling her I want to go back and she never does anything. She always tells me to lie and say that I’m in school. I am afraid for the future. She really isn’t a parent. She doesn’t care about my well being. I want to live with a family member. Should I tell a family member? Please this is important to me…

Yes, you should absolutely tell someone. If I'm understanding you correctly, are you saying you aren't in school at all? Not even home school? If so then I've been in the same situation, and it isn't fair to you at all. In fact, its often considered a form of neglect.

I honestly think you should tell a family member. Education is important for everyone and you have the right to it. It might be hard, but yes tell someone. I hope everything will go well. Good luck!
