I’m someone who on a day to day basis has to deal with Anxiety, and to be completely honest Its hard.. But i have found that exercise is really good..

So i guess my Question is, what do you find that helps with your Anxiety.

I write everything I'm feeling down, until I'm focused on whats on the page rather than what I'm feeling :) then if I still don't feel good, I burn the pages or rip them up or whatever to get rid of them. I don't know, but it helps me in a way :)

That's great! I also sometimes write things down, gardening. I also have " Worry Time" when in that space of time i'm only aloud to worry about when is making me anxious..

I write about my feelings or than I go to gym or jogging. Just having some fresh air helps a lot! Generally I'm just trying to concentrate on something else, but those are the 2 ways I find most helpful. :)

I don't have terrible anxiety, but when I experience it, the best thing I can do for myself is to just breathe and concentrate on breathing. It helps me lol

Fresh air always helps to clear my mind. Everyone said this but breathing is so important. And this sounds really weird but what I do is lay down on my bed under the covers with the lights off and imagine my favorite celebrity sitting next to me (I told you it was weird). I close my eyes and imagine telling them every single one of my worries and them just brushing every one off. "I have so much homework." "No you don't." "I'm nervous about presenting tomorrow." "Why? You're a fabulous presenter." Even if you have to lie to yourself, the lies will help you at least calm down. Typing this out sounds so fricken weird, but it seriously helps me so much. And just concentrate on every breath and make them really long. Just listen to your breathing. Feel your pulse or your heartbeat. And if life starts to stress you out, just tell yourself "You gotta keep breathing. Cuz you'know breathing keeps you alive. You gotta stay alive so you can see everything. But nothing else matters. Nothing but breathing." These tips are kind of strange, but they really work for me and I hope they help you too!

Hiya c: I do yoga when I feel a panic attack coming on. It really helps. Do some yoga, drink some green mint tea with honey, and take a nice long bath with lots of bubbles and scented candles and maybe an old book cx That always relaxes me after a crazy stressful day. That or go for a nice walk in nature, or anywhere really. Just walk, and as you walk, breathe. Exhale all the bad; the stress and anxiety and sadness and bullshit that happened that day, and inhale all the good vibes, the happiness, the fresh air, and just clear your mind. c:
