First of all, Sara. It's great of you to come out here, so we can get the opportunity to see you get it better. It's limited what we can do, though, so it is recommended that you go to a real specialist sooner or later. What you should start off knowing is that there are people out there who know how it feels; they are going through similar situations and they are willing to talk. There are people who've gone on from their problems with food.
It's fantastic of you to join the group for eating disorders in here, as these people can be your best support. It's going to take some time, but you can do this. ___________________________________________________________________ But one of the first things you must address is yourself.
One exercise: Get yourself a diary. Just a little book you can write and draw in. Write in it every evening before you go to bed:
Find a sheet of paper firstly, and write every negative thing about your body down. Now rip apart the paper into tiny little pieces and throw it out . Now get the book, and start off with writing as many good things as you can about yourself. Compliment that person in the mirror, because she deserves it. Now write the exact feeling you're having, describe the events of the day and just get it all out and make some drawings on the side if it feels better. The problems you listed are hidden in that book now; you are safe from them haunting your dreams and your nightly thoughts. Also watch
this: It will make you happier and more confident. I can promise you. Many techniques can be used to get the body in shape, but you should go see your doctor about this. You are hurting yourself by eating so little/much. You can do this, Sara! I wish you all luck in the future.
