Overcoming a nightmare?

0

So last night I had the most traumatising nightmare, it was about me getting injected and killed. And I woke up when I was halfway to “death” and now I’m paranoid thinking “what if I never fought to wake up?” I even felt numb when I woke up, it’s so scary, I’m so scared to go to sleep tonight because I keep thinking the dream is gonna continue and I just die in my sleep!
Can you please share your experience with death nightmares and how you calmed down and overcame them? You can also message me. Thanks :( Hope I’ll fall asleep tonight…

First you must realize unless you are lucid dreaming you aren't in control of your dreams. It is your subconsciousness that is controlling the dream. When you sleep tonight just stay relaxed, don't freak out over the dream, just deep breaths and i am sure you will be fine!

Well there's no reason you should be having nightmares. Me I hardly ever have nightmares, I dream, I treat people positively, but once you treat or even harm people than I think that's where nightmares come from. Lastly, just wake up and go to sleep with positive thoughts , our minds are incredible once you discover and learn about the sub-conscious mind, but physically you need to save and help as much people around you and see if you're thought and even when you sleep you can then dream based on the positive energy you are releasing it comes back.

growing up, i had night terrors every night. one thing that i will tell you is a load of crap is that in order to know you are dreaming, it has to be a lucid dream. if you have the dream again, watch what happens. if you think that it's going to happen again, then just tell yourself that you have to wake up. will yourself to wake up. it may not work the first time, but when ever you have a night mare, just will yourself to wake up. it sounds crazy, i know. a lot of people say it dosnt work, but it has worked for me and several of my friends.
