I moved this year to a new house and I’m having issues with this new place. i want to be happy here but its practically impossible. I was recently told that I could go back to my old house, but for some reason something is goving me the feeling that I won’t be happy…is the move just my “excuse” for being sad about something else?
I can relate as I've had to move to a completely new city away from all two of my friends. I feel depressed all the time and nothing about the new house makes me feel comfortable at all. I wouldn't say it's an "excuse" - but perhaps it is something to do with you feeling sad about something else. It may be making you uncomfortable because you're having other problems, and so a sudden change of living environment is interrupting your usual routine, making your problems harder to deal with. What is it that's making you sad though? As what's making this move stressful for me is my anxiety and eating disorder
could you elaborate? I mean why does it make you feel like its impossible to be happy? To make your decision, you need to get to the heart of whats bothering you about the house. Decide on what the source of the feeling and then decide on whether or not you want to move back :) . It could be that you just need to get used to it but regardless, try looking for the source of the emotions.
