new Years Resolutions

0

Since 2014 is coming up I’m making my annual list of resolutions. i’m trying to actually be reasonable this year and not put lose 30 pounds, stop eating chocolate, etc. Even so I still feel like I wont stick to them at all. Does anyone have any advice or tricks on how to stick to resolutions or just good changes to make for the new year?

As the new year creeps through, I've begun to realize how much we can utilize and reign in the benefits that come with changing our calenders. Before I had this belief that it was a lazy way out. But I feel like it's nice to have an excuse to change something we were too frightened to do before. I feel like if you create some sort of reminder of these goals, whether it's a list you pin to your wall, or a bracelet you wear, they can easily be achieved. You do not need to insist on following through with each resolution, but try to be open to the change. Don't set the goals in stone. It doesn't have to be incredibly worded and specific as to what you'll do. One of mine for the following year is, "Don't discount your feelings." And you can set strong parameters as to what you'll follow, but I feel like it's easier to follow through if you choose something more open to development.

don't start with the hardcore stuff straight away start step by step. I'm actually doing the same. buy something you really really like but take it a size smaller you'll be motivated enough to try and do everything to make it fit.
