Click on the big blue " I agree, Proceed to Chat" button.
A screen will come up with two options - "Listen" and "Vent".
Click "Listen" if you want to listen. Wait till they connect you and soon you will get a venter. Type in Hi or anything in the chat-box at the bottom,then help them with whatever problem they have. Happy Listening :)
