My girlfriend seems to be getting clingy?

I’ve been dating my girlfriend for a few months now and in the beginning of our relationship I thought her being clingy was kind of cute to me , of course after awhile it became annoying though. I thought it would go away and that it was just something that happens in the beginning of a relationship, sometimes I’m fine with it but other times I get so mad and annoyed and I don’t want to hurt her feelings because I care about her , and when I try to explain she just gets really upset.

In any relationship being smoothered can be overbearing after a particular period of time! I think she becomes upset because clearly she misunderstands what you're saying. To you it's just her being overly clingy is the issue but to her she's probably thinking you don't love her etc etc. Try changing your delivery when you're telling her.

Being direct, in my opinion, is the best way to solve problems within a relationship. Just be open with her, most of the time your partner will understand.
