Sometimes it is not what you say it is how you say it that can be considered rude and disrespectful. I always try to find the nicest way to say even the most difficult things to hear; if they are things that concern everyone or even things that just concern one person I try not to make a scene and talk to each person individually when giving off bad news. It seems to make everyone go around in a better way.
