Music Therapy

0

I know how to fix my problems now thanks to all of you, thank you :) But my one major type of therapy is listening to music. Does anyone know any good bands or songs? Please let me know songs for each emotion, depressed, happy, in love, etc. I hope no one gets mad because this question isn’t EXACTLY advice, but please respond :) Thanks!

My favorite song of all time that pulls me through tough situations and depression is Hold On by Good Charlotte. It's a really powerful song.

I think a good song that would help you calm down whenever you feel like you need to or just relax in general is "First Snow" by Emancipator. If you want a song to potentially cheer you up I'd say "Disorganized Fun" by Ronald Jenkees. And a song to listen at any time is "Collide" by Howie Day :D

There are a lot of bands you can listen to, you just have to find the right one. Issues writes a lot of music about bullying, ebracing who you are and loss, and they are definitely one of my favorites. Of mice and men is also a favorite. I'm just going to list a bunch of bands, hope that's okay. City and colour, memphis may fire, a day to remember, hands like houses, the word alive, paramore, tonight alive, the pretty reckless, slaves, jonny craig, blessthefall, emarosa, this wild life, secrets, dayshell, hearts and hands, miss fortune, alive like me, kurt travis, all time low, the plot in you,and also, ed sheeran is pretty amazing! His lyrics have a lot of meaning for every mood. Hope this helped!

I listen to "Woodland" and "Halcyon" both by The Paper Kites whenever I feel bad about something. It's relaxing.
