First off: Where are you from/wanting to go to school? I'm from the US and I know a loooottttttt of schools don't really care about extracurricular things. I didn't have any and got into a decent private school.
Secondly: Grades aren't everything. If you are worried though, work really hard in improving, the universities will see that.
Lastly: If you don't get into any universities, don't fret about it. There are plenty of alternatives, such as state schools and community colleges in which you can transfer out of once you get your marks up!
Just take it one day at a time and decide what you can do to improve your chances.
