Knots in muscles?

I have extremely bad knots in my muscles, especially my shoulders,back,and feet. I feel like I’ve tried everything,but nothing seems to be working. Advice/tips?

Honestly, depending how bad they are. I would go and see a doctor about them. They might be nothing, but if you have had them for long, they might be something, as I found out the hard way. Even if you can just go to a clinic or something, they may be able to help give you some ideas, or references to items that will help or if need be a chiropractor. (Which was what I needed, and I waited way to long, and am paying the price) Worse comes to worse, you spend a little money going to the doctors, but they should still be able to give you advice on the best way to release the knots at home.Also drinking a good bit of water daily, and doing daily stretches, I find usually helps. But as a preface, I will say, if a stretch hurts DON'T do it. A little pull on the muscle is fine. But if there is actual pain, stop with that stretch at once. You could do more harm then good.

I have the same problem. I fine when I go get a massage it helps for a few days but I forget to stretch so the knots come back. if you have the money go for a deep tissue massage. it might hurt a lot but it helps. after drink lots of water and stretch when you get up and before you go to bed. when you have a shower or bath try to just relax and let the water soak in.

Google 'foam roller", there are a lot of videos of exercises you can do on your own to see if it improves how you feel. Some people use a tennis ball for their feet too. It's a pain but effective.
