Ok I know nobody here is a doctor but I need to ask about this again,
So some of you remember my question about vertigo and dizziness that happens ONLY sometime in the evening and I just also want to add it ONLY happens at home…
If you haven’t seen it then just go on my Q&A and scroll down you’ll probably find it.
But back to the main topic,
This has been going on for 2 weeks straight now, but this week it isn’t as nearly as bad as it was first,
Mostly at evenings I feel a little sick, lightheaded, maybe a little bit dizzy for about 20-40 minutes, 1 hour maximum. Other nights I feel more dizzy and have trouble balancing, like right now.. I’m just so worried about this, I’m too scared to see a doctor and I talked about this with the school nurse and she said it’s just my diet but I think my diet is fine.
Plus when I feel “weird”/Dizzy I get this feeling next to my ears or the back of my head, like a heavy feeling…
Is this a tumor? What is this!? I’m trying not to panic because that just makes it worse. I’m just so scared of a scenario like the doctor will call me and tell me I have cancer or some seizures! it just started randomly 2 weeks ago, and sometimes this even depends on my tiredness. I’m just scared of dying or having seizures or a brain injury or something! Help! Please Our money crisis thing in our family is coming to an end and I really want everything to be normal but I obviously can’t with this “TUMOR” oh my gosh I’m gonna stop before I scare myself more. And I need to distance myself from Google …
Does this sound like anything serious? Or is it just puberty? Or something in my ears? I can’t imagine this being anything else than a tumor…
Side notes:
I don’t take drugs or any new medications.
My diet is fine.
I’m a little sleep deprived if that helps.. (I get 6-7 hours of sleep at least :/)
No, I don’t have any headaches so it’s probably not migraines.
I go to gym class 2 times a week in school and then swim class so I think I’m healthy?
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE:
Ok so those 2 weeks ago my friend showed me how to get rid of muscle pain by holding your head to the side for some time and then switching. The head has to be like on your shoulder or something and you have to hold it down.
So could it be that it messed up the dizzy sensors in my ears and they think that when I’m tired, I’m dizzy? Or when it’s night time? Or the air in my house?
