Is it wrong to do this?

Hey guys, it would have been too long of a title if I put it in there so Ill try to keep it as simple as possible.
How do you guys feel about showing weakness and pain as a leader? Like in front of people who look up to you, or ones you are the leader of. Not only physical pain, also like emotional and mental.

EDIT: It doesn’t only have to be as a leader too, just in general in front of people who look up to you/people you help with struggles.

Showing fear, pain, and hurt are all important parts of being a human. A good leader may make those emotions seem smaller but a great leader shows those emotions and how to deal with them in appropriate ways.

The only time I could see this being a good thing is if you're trying to motivate a group of people, and you're telling them about some past stuff that you struggled with. Actively showing weakness as a leader is not one of the qualities for a good leader.
