Is it wrong that I am not mad?

0

So, recently my short time girlfriend broke up with me. Today, I just found out that my best friend was with her (Not anything serious, but you know, still) and I talked with both of them today. I am not mad at all, and they keep trying to say that I am. Maybe I should be, but is it bad that I am not? I’m still pretty sure I have feelings for her, so shouldn’t I feel something? Maybe not anger, but something?

You don't have to be mad. When you say you still have feelings for her, then you're definitely feeling something. Everyone copes with things differently. Don't let them tell you that you're mad because you're not. Maybe they were worried that you would react angry.

Ultimately, you can't change how you feel. If you're not mad, then you are simply not mad, and that makes it easier to move on. Your ex and your best friend are feeling guilty, and its easier to accept that guilt if someone is mad at them. They know that they were wrong and because of that they are trying to punish themselves. All you can do is move on from it, really.
