Darling, you just started! Just breathe. :) It's natural to have anxiety on the first few days of something new. But just remember that almost every freshman is just as nervous as you are. It's so hard to start a new school, I totally get that. Have you thought about joining any clubs or activities? It's such an easy way to meet new people, and they'll all like the same activity that you do! Also, if you have a roommate, talk to them! Tell them that you want to be more social, and hang out with them. Have them take you to parties or out with their friends. Be yourself, because you're the only you that there is, so be a damn good one! It's totally natural to have anxiety, but if you feel close to anxiety attack, acknowledge it and think "it is just anxiety, and it will pass. I won't feel like this forever." and breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. :) I hope college is amazing for you, enjoy every experience you stumble across!
