how to deal with inconsiderate co-worker?
my colleague takes off when there is heavy work and doesn’t consider its going to be hard on others. this she does in a smart way, so there is no point complaining to boss. it just bothers me that she is inconsiderate of me in-spite of my honesty. and this happens a lot. i mean where ever i go, there will be people who get jealous of me and start to trouble me even if i just mind my own business. i am very sure i don’t do anything that annoys people. so what is it that makes people be so inconsiderate of me? and how do i deal with them?
