Cliches aside, you need to give more information if you expect answers. Do you literally know nothing? Do you have interests, anything you enjoy, anything you can tell us so we can give you advice? If you really have nothing, I recommend trying to do everything that sounds interesting, because you'll eventually find something you love. You just have to be active about it. If you have any information to give so that I can give a more personalized answer, say so and we can work with that.
Write a list of things you like in life. See if the list takes you somewhere. Be open to all opportunities. Think deeply about what you want out of life and actively make it happen. Good luck, my friend. :)
Being lost is a good thing because it is only in being lost where you are most likely going to be found. You're not going to be found if you're not lost. Right? I know this may suck. A lot. I feel this a lot of times. But maybe you can try finding out the things that you like doing. Travel? Go see the world. Art? Go do it. Cook? Go create wonderful meals. What matters is, you're doing something that maybe one day will cause you to see life in a different angle and will make you feel alive. Don't hesitate to message me if you want to talk. I wish you the best :)
