If Society Was A Person . . .

0

This is a honest question. No venting, just purely honest answers, and I’m curious. If society was a person and asked you to describe one trait that is very true about yourself, what would you say? If you could describe yourself, honestly, without glittering it with false statements, how would you say it without adding some form of perfection?

Because society, as a whole, has shown us that same ‘glittered’ pathway of not accepting who we are. Flaws and all . . .

If society was a person, it would be a person I wouldn't want to associate myself with, which would lead me to saying nothing. By saying nothing, I have demonstrated a trait about myself. Zing.

Well, If society was a person and asked me to describe one trait that is very true about myself, is that I really am dependent. It doesn't matter what, but i'll use anything as a crutch to support myself. I'm just more varied than most. On my own, completely alone, I wouldn't make it long.

If I had to pick a flaw to tell this "Society" person about, I'd have to say that I'm disenchanted. The birds are chirping, the sun is out, and I'm still so melancholic, because I know it's caused by the weather pattern affecting the migrational patterns of chickadees, causing them to come back north later this year than normal, instead of just accepting that it's sunny and the birds are happily singing good morning. Seemingly wonderful - and terrible - things happen all around me, but I'm not surprised. Instead I'm too bitter, and just rationalize it and be on my way. Though, I might have a few curt, choice words for this "Society" person as welll, truth be told...
