I'm going through this too! HIGH FIVE! Anyways, what I'm doing is I have two plastic cups. One of them says incomplete and the other say complete. What I do is every morning when I wake up, I pick out a Popsicle stick that has a number on it. Then, I have a paper, and I look at that number and that's the workout I do for the day. No matter if it's 6 am or 11 pm, I do it THAT day. I also have a work-out I do before I shower and before I go to bed. It pays off! And any time I feel to lazy, I imagine myself super fit and skinny, then I look in the mirror and compare who I am to the person I wanna be. It helps. :) If you ever need any help, message me!
