You don't want to "go on a diet" you want to maintain a new and healthy lifestyle. Sometimes it can be overwhelming. Start by drinking a lot of water every day. Light cardio about 3-5 times a week, anything to get the blood pumping. Eat a healthy, filling breakfast and lunch. Have multiple healthy snacks throughout the day to avoid binging. Treat yourself on the weekends/occasions/when you feel you deserve it. This will inevitably help you lose a few pounds. Just make sure you're doing it for the right reasons. Best of luck
I'm going through this too! HIGH FIVE! Anyways, what I'm doing is I have two plastic cups. One of them says incomplete and the other say complete. What I do is every morning when I wake up, I pick out a Popsicle stick that has a number on it. Then, I have a paper, and I look at that number and that's the workout I do for the day. No matter if it's 6 am or 11 pm, I do it THAT day. I also have a work-out I do before I shower and before I go to bed. It pays off! And any time I feel to lazy, I imagine myself super fit and skinny, then I look in the mirror and compare who I am to the person I wanna be. It helps. :) If you ever need any help, message me!
The first step is to make permanent lifestyle changes, such as playing a sport, learning new healthy recipes, or gradually reducing your caloric intake. This will create permanent results and reduce the risk of gaining the weight back.
I am pretty sure I'm never going to get a reply, but just out of curiosity, why does my post have two negative votes? Is it the external link? Is there something wrong with the stuff in the blog post the link takes you to? Is it something else?
