You could try meditating, or focusing on a hobby. Maybe to just go out jogging with some music on might help you.I hope these are idea's you might find useful :)
You sound quite depressed and for that I am truly sorry. I have clinical depression and felt very similar for a long period of my life until I was able to start anti-depressants and see a therapist. The other answers have been great and I would like to add writing all of your thoughts and feelings down to help get them out of your head and onto paper as my recommendation.
