Why wouldn't you just talk to her? You could ask her how you could be a better friend for her and see where that goes.

There are a couple of different things that could be happening. You could be getting the slow brush off, I agree. But it may or may not be purposeful. Sometimes people just grow apart as they get older and find new things that they like to do and she may not realize that she's been making you feel this way. Another option is that she may just be busy and stressed out at the moment and not thinking of much of anything besides herself. Or even if this isn't the case, she may just be looking for more time by herself or doing different things, but that doesn't mean she likes you any less, just that she's finding new things she enjoys doing. I think talking to her about it would be the best thing, even if that's scary. It may answer all your questions and leave you both feeling a lot better.

Well I have been in your shoes a couple of years back, she was my bff of 3 years and I know exactly how you are feeling. She met a guy and she started ignoring me and slowly we drifted apart. I hope this doesn't happen to you. My advice would be to talk to her, don't wait for the things to get worse, may be something is bothering her or someone has said something to her and instead of clarifying things, she is just slowly drifting.
