Honey you do need to get help okay. It just sounds as if you're scared to. Wanting to lose weight isn't an issue, however the way you're going around it is an issue. The average amount of calories a woman should be taking a day is around 2000. You are probably below that. You can still take in this amount of calories and still be thin. All you have to do is exercise and eat HEALTHY food to reach the calorie goal. Making yourself throw up everyday is not healthy at all and is not a good way of losing weight. You could make yourself bulimic which could lead onto anorexia, and I'm pretty sure you know of the consequences to that. If you're in school, take part in extra curricular sports to keep fit, or join a gym. But most importantly, let your family know you are not happy about your weight and want to lose weight. Make sure they respect your wishes for healthier meals, and make sure they stand by you during your weight loss. I hope it all works out, and please stop harming yourself :) x

Losing weight like that is unhealthy(obviously). If you want healthy, lasting and attractive results, then just do this: -Eat healthy(fruits, veggies, you know the drill) -Work out(look up exercising videos on Youtube and burn your calories and get rid your guilt) -Get plenty of sleep

You are beautiful just the way you are! Don't ever forget that. Weight is just a number. Your body needs food to stay strong and give you nutrients that you need to live. If you're really concerned about your weight, try eating balanced meals and working out a bit. Not eating isn't an option. Working out and eating right will give you much better results :)

Hey honey, so you're going through a pretty hard time right now huh? From the counting of the calories I'd have first stated anorexia but you are in bulimic if you regurgitate your food (that sounds like you're a bird, sorry) however, I wished you were in the early stages as its easier to stop purging and the urges to. Its a psychological going on, I had something similar actually to the point that I wouldn't eat for days because nothing in the house was under 500 calories, i got really sick and eventually I was admitted into hospital. I'm still battling it, just the thought of food makes me sick to the point that I have actually been physically sick. My advice to you is, I you're no changing your mind on this kind of lifestyle then at least do it in a safe environment, known when enough is enough and don't go too far. Now I'm aware this isn't what you needed nor wanted but with the weightless, simple healthy eating and exercising daily, cardio that's the trick. Gets your heart rate up, burns all of your energy and starts on the excess stuff. Don't have 'skinny' as a goal, set your self a reasonable weight to meet and in no specific time because that's how you'll fall and disappoint yourself. I hope this helps.
