Hey! Its just so perfect I read this question on the exact time. Ive experienced hallucinations, and nightmares, and paranoia too. First thing to do is stop watchin or reading horror movies (or anyhting scary), and as well if you have someone really close and confident to talk to and tell them whats going on (preferly someone who doesnt panic easily). Whenever you get paranoia call that person and try to calm. About the hallucinations the best you can do is pray (sorry, im a christian and it is what worked for me, but I respect if you dont think the same way) when you begin to talk to God just tell him when you are afraid, or any other feeling, and as well "Jesus"´s name has power to get away any bad spirits. Spirits are real, but they cant mess up with you physically (dont worrry). Any other thing you can message me :)
