i overeat too much i workout a lot but i hate how i look and im sad everyday i cry about it

Your wait loose depends on 75% of good diet and 25 % on work outs . You can eat alot but healthy . Cuz the work outs will never pay off. Stop pushing and hating yourself cuz it wont help either you need to feel mentaly motivated. Put some pictures of how you want to look on the said of your mirror and each day look at it and tell your self ' i can do it , i will do it " and there you go you biliding that motivation yourself . You have to start believing in yourself cuz you wont fo no where .. the first step to getting somewhere is to decide that you dont want to be where you are now . And for the cravings try to contol your self get an fruit or something dont count callories cuz honestly its pointless .. eat wise . You can do it just learn how to love yourself . You doing it for tou not for anybody else .

OK listen up. No matter what people say, you are beautiful and perfect in your own way! Sometimes working out isn't the answer. And don't be afraid to have a good treat every now and then. Every pound you have, is one pound of awesomeness, beauty and love! When ever you pass a mirror, you have to look at yourself and complement yourself. If your truly wanna lose weight, its more about the diet, but that doesn't mean to go full out healthy. You can still eat some of your favorite foods. Remember not to starve yourself either. You working out is helping you to keep active, so good job! Don't forget, your are beautiful, and you don't need to be perfect! Stand out a bit!
