I'm not sure how healthy this is but very hot showers work wonders on me. I let the water run just off of scalding and just let the water run over me. If you have any pets it could also help to spend some affectionate time with them, my dog and cats are very comforting. I also highly recommend

Finally, if there are any beautiful movies that make you cry in a good way, watch them. It helps release the negative feelings and if it has an uplifting ending it can help generate some optimism. I've dealt with depression for years now and these have all been greatly helpful releases. Sleeping hugging a pillow can also help tackle feelings of loneliness I just remembered that one. Good luck.
