It's not weird, but it's not healthy. It's normal for someone to have negative thoughts about yourself, but when you choose to believe them, or worse look for evidence that there is some truth behind these thoughts, your brain becomes accustomed to these thoughts and begins to create these thoughts regularly and automatically. They may become difficult to erase or worse yet, permanent.
You should think carefully about why you have these thoughts, when do you have these thoughts? When I have negative thoughts about myself I like to write them down, it helps me to release those feelings and it can be therapeutic to go back and read what you've written. It might be shocking to see how hurtful you're being to yourself, but the more aware you become of what you're telling yourself, the more likely you'll be able to understand your feelings.
If you are having trouble stopping these thoughts, you should look into finding a therapist or counselor, or anyone who can listen.
I hope this helps. Please feel free to message me if you need someone to talk to.
