Always put yourself first, sort yourself out before you try and sort other people out. Make sure you don't have any troubles before you take on others troubles. It's lovely that you want to help others but it will only give you more to stress about but you could try talking the problems out with someone you're close to or write them down and once there sorted, rip up the paper. You could go for a run or something to clear you head or just do something you love doing to distract yourself from the problems.
i always listen to other peoples problems also but i tried to forget or don't mind about it after we talked. or sometimes i share it with a total stranger ( no mentioning of names of course) just to lessen the burden. or have as much fun as i can so that my attention is diverted into something else
