I'm a little overweight myself. I'm 5'3, and weigh about 207lbs. I hate how I look most of the time when I try to wear certain clothes, I try to exercise, and eat right, which is helping, but I don't exercise as much as I should because it isn't fun to do by yourself. Get a support group, with friends or family that would be willing to help you meet your goal. Get rid of all the bread in your house and only eat rice, or sweet potatoes for your starch for a little while. I did this and lost about 5lbs, even without exercising. You can find yummy and healthy recipes online. My favorite place is Yummly.com. Stay away from deep fried food and instant meals. Eat lots of fruits, veggies, and lean meat. It sucks at first, but after about two weeks its loads easier.You should also work on your self-esteem. Write kind notes to yourself, and even put sticky notes on your mirror for support. If you have a positive outlook, it will help you in the long run, and even help you lose weight as well!For fun exercise I love to play Kinect (Xbox), Dance Dance Revolution (Playstation), or the Wii. this are especially fun if you have someone to compete with. I once played the Kinect for 3hrs straight because I was having fun competing with my (also overweight) brother.Just remember in the long run beauty is what's on the inside the outside is just a mold to paint and decorate. It'll always be changing, sometimes for the better, and sometimes for the worse, but most changes are temporary, and if you don't like it, don't give up on working to change it! :D
