Hungry at night and a light sleeper mother?

0

Guys I need help quick,
So moments ago I was yelled at to go to bed and now I’m in bed but here’s a huge problem:
I’m super hungry
And I can’t get food because,
1. It’s dark in the hallway
2. I can’t be sneaky
3. My mom is a light sleeper
4. Our rooms are so close she can hear when I move my blanket

What do I do???
She always cares about my hunger and diet until we go to bed. Oh gosh then she bans me from eating or some shit…
All I have in my room is water but that doesn’t help :s
Halpp idk what to do..
If she catches me in the kitchen she’s gonna KILL ME or say one of these things:

“WHAT ARE YOU DOING?”
“YOU WOKE ME UP AGAIN UGHH!”
“GET TO BED NOW!!!!”
“YOU SHOULD OF ATE BEFORE BED!!”

And then the most upsetting thing she can say,
“GOSH YOU NEED TO GO ON HEAVY MEDICATION YOU’RE SO SICK (mentally)”

Ugh it’s not like I’m scared of her anymore but I still am just scared of the consequences like she could take my laptop or phone and force me to eat when I’m not hungry because she’s always serious about that stuff…Or even make me take a sleeping pill!! Aahh I’m scared of those..

Help help help im so hungry :o
This is the first time in forever that I actually feel real hunger

You should eat before you go to bed. Your mother is right when she says that. You say she might force you to eat when you're not hungry, but the result is that you're hungry at night when you need to sleep. You need to eat during the day to avoid being hungry at night. Right now there's nothing you can do about it, but next time you should consider to eat before you go to bed.

Based on what you have said, and I'm assuming you don't have any food in your room. You have to options, either wake your mom up and get food and possibly have all this extra bad stuff happen, or go without eating. I wish I could offer you some miracle solution but that's the choice you need to make.

Take something like an pencil and chew on it, or just chew on the air. This might trick your body in to thinking that you are eating
