How to tell him to go slow?

So I’m a wrestling manager and I have became super close with a wrestler. I wear his football sweatshirt with his last name on it! We even kissed, only once tho. Anyways he is a year older than me and he is super real with me already. Like we have known and being a thing forever, but the last thing I had I got used by a guy. This past guy would never talk to me during or at school heck I would have to text him first! But with this new guy its the total opposite but IDK why I just cant find myself 100% with him or for him yet. Any pointers on how to tell him that. I told him once but I dont think he really listened….HELP?

I'd suggest you talk to him where there's nothing to distract either of you. Let him know what scares/worries you and what you like in this relationship.

I've found that writing out what I want to say and practicing from that is the best way to effectively communicate everything I want to get across to someone. Sometimes if you wing it and try to communicate with the person without preparing, your emotions get so bundled up that you might forget important things you want to mention.

Hey, just go for it. Obviously, not all guys are the same. You never know he could be the love of your life lol. It's better to know than never find out what if he's shy and he doesn't want to ruin the friendship if you don't like him. However, you do like him so what are you waiting for? Go for it! By telling him you'll feel a sense of relief lol. Good luck.
