Hi, my name is Ben and I am 15. And I know what a lot of you will say is that I am at my sexual peak and it is normal to masturbate. That is not what I am looking for, I am looking for how to stop. I kind of have an addiction, and I just want to stop and need some help, can anyone help or has done this? And I know about NoFap, but it is only ok. I just need help and support with these, and any help and advice on this topic is welcome and wanted. I hope you all can help me. Thanks.

Bro, I know exactly how you feel. There was a stage in my life when I was masturbating every night before going to sleep. It became a sleeping drug in a way, where I couldn't rest peacefully until I slept. I think a lot of boys and men go through this stage. Masturbating with your mind is perfectly normal. But it can become addictive for various reasons. The orgasm is a very high sexual stimulant, much higher than cocaine. So whatever makes us feel good, we'll do it again. And again. And again. We chase that orgasm/ejaculation high.Even though some people will tell you masturbation is normal & healthy, you don't HAVE to do it. No man on his death bed said "I wish I masturbated more..." It is harder than you think, there is always that 10 minutes or whatever, where I am just accidentally end up doing it.

I think you should try exercising when you get the urge or find a new friend to provide you the companionship that could take your mind off masturbating.
