How to stop feeling so embarrassed.

I blush and get embarrassed really easily. I’m also really clumsy so every single time i stumble, trip, stutter, i turn deep red. and when i get embarrassed, it sticks to me for a very long time even if i just stumbled a bit over a chair, i’ll think about it the whole entire day and feel like i’m going to die. so basically i’ve been feeling embarrassed of myself 24/7, like im drowning in embarrassment and it’s seriously ruining my life. does anyone know how to stop feeling so embarrassed of myself?

Just remember that people aren't paying as much attention to these things as you think they are :) Like, you may trip over something and spend the next ten minutes freaking out over how embarrassing it was, but the person who saw you trip is only going to be thinking about it for a few second- if that! It sucks to be an easy blusher, I have that too :)

The perfect remedy is to always laugh it off. It's better to see it as a funny memory when you look back to it than being embarrassed about it. I had the same problem a couple years back, but I've learned to just take it easy and not be so hard on myself. Take care now. :)

I am like you, Clumsy and easily embarrassed. Just remember that people don't really know you and tend to forget about it. If you are next to a person you know and you suddenly trip or stutter, you can just laugh it off. Don't ponder on your embarrassment the whole day cause it didn't kill anyone or anything. Just play cool.
