The reasons for my binge eating were either I was bored,stressed or really depressed. Eating food is like a comfort to some you are focusing on something else than what is going on around you. I am slowly cutting down on snacking , swapping it with a pint of juice/water, piece of fruit, finding something to do like crosswords etc... Having a snack now and again is okay in moderation, it is tough but I am fighting through the urges. Hang in there, you can do it; find something to put your mind off it. :) x
