How long should you wait to ask someone out?

You can't really put a time or date on it. When you and the other person are ready for each other, you'll know. That is that time and date, really. When your heart and mind agree with your emotions and feelings, that's when you should make your move. But, whenever you feel you are ready, and when you feel ready the other person is ready. after you have been talking to them long enough, and been around them long enough to know what kind of person they are. don't try to rush things sometimes because that can mess up things :/

It depends on how well you know this person. Spend time with them first as a friend to see them in different situations- with other friends, in public, in private, around family ext. Then once you feel you have a solid repore with them, make your feelings known. You can feel the situation out a little earlier if you flirt with them a little and see how they react. I'd say on average, I tend to wait maybe 3 months or so after initially meeting someone before asking them out/telling them how I feel. Hope that helps :)
