Going on they have said, sticky- notes are my best friend.I write everything I need to do and everything I need to get down on the note then place it where I will see it. For me, its my dresser near my hair brush. Or for adults maybe by the coffee pot! It also helps me to not stress over things to remember them. For your long term goals, I suggest writing them down and try to figure the steps its gonna take to get there! Once you've completed one step cross it off and you'll be surprised by the pride the floods your body :)Procrastination happens, trust me I'm a teenager. However, when the urge to put things off arises think about how that task will be looming over you until you do it. It won't go away so its better to just get it done. Even if it is Chemistry homework..I hope I've helped! Have a lovely day :) and good luck with conquering the procrastination bug!

I love tech to plan things. Why? Because, thats where you'll be if you are anything like half the population. First: Email. And text reminders. How: open your texting app or email. type what you need done. dont send. put your email or # in receiver to avoid mistakes or options to send for safe keeping later. What happens: In the email or text msg area you have a reminder. Delete when accomplished. Pick me ups: "Most folks are as happy as they make up their minds to be."- Abraham Lincoln. Sounds silly. yeah. But make up your mind to do something then..do it. :/ yeah hard sometimes but happiness is a state of mind.Insight: My goal is to be a radiologist tech. Studying in nuclear medicine to help discover early sign of cancers and mental disorders. Find a panacea. Impossible as defined but I remain hopeful.

Manageable goals for long term projects that are achievable. I also schedule activities that I have to do irregularly in my phone. I have a routine for getting up on days that I have to be productive and that helps me keep motivated on the ball. I'll also reward myself briefly for getting something done by doing something I like - taking the dog for a walk, watching one episode of a show, reading a chapter in a book, or getting a cup of coffee.

"Pocketmod" for weekly and daily tasks. For procrastination, you could look up timeboxing, i.e. the pomodoro technique.
