How do you control stress eating?

I eat so much when i am stressed I cant control it almost and i want to tone it down.

Water!Every time you get the crave, take a glass of water FIRST and wait 10 minutes. If you still hungry by then go and eat. You'd be suprised how many times you aren't in the mood after a glass of water!

I used to stress-eat. My solution was just going to healthy foods -- if you're going to eat a lot because you're stressed, you might as well make it something healthy rather than junk. Otherwise, you could try to just force yourself to not stress eat; if you feel "hungry", ask yourself if you think you're actually hungry or if it's because of stress.

I drink tea a lot of tea and coffee with artificial sweetener. Another thing that is munching on fibrous vegetables like celery, cauliflower etc, maybe with mustard.
