How do I talk to guys

Well I'm a 20, male, NOT gay, and what I think you should do is try to start a conversation with him. If he's reading something ask him about what he's reading and start a conversation out of that. If he's wearing a sports team on his clothes, talk about the team and carry on that conversation. After talking about that stuff introduce yourself, give some basic info like name, age, and major if you go to college. I don't think you should "flirt" yet, he'll probably think you're desperate and we DO NOT want that. Once you've established a friendship and find out more about him, THEN you move on to flirting and seeing if he likes you.

start with a smile and small talk. the easiest way to flirt is to just be yourself. that's always the most attractive thing because it's authentic.

I'm a guy just a bit older than you and here is my opinion on it.We're direct for the most part. You know that stereotype that guys have about being kind of stupid when it comes to relationship scenarios? Well it's true. We need you to wear a shirt that says "HEY STUPID, I"M INTO YOU" to get the message half the time. Try to take some time to find out his interests and try to get to know him through these. Maybe he's into sports, maybe you both just happen to like the same team - "hey, we should watch the game together!" would definitely pique his interest if he likes you. Most flirting isn't even intentional I think. Be yourself (I know, it's cliché) and things will fall into place when it comes to relationships. If you force it and only try to be who you think he wants, eventually done the line, the act will fade and so too will any relationship you have... but again, that's a little ways down the line here.
