How do I stop hiding?

Dont ever let anyone make you scared to live your life. There are people to help you. Bullies bully people because they dont want to take what they hate about themselves out on themselves. Its true. You are beautiful. Find someone who can help you. But also- stand up for yourself. Self-respect is key to life. I hope you find the help. Because it is literally everywhere. You just need to ask. ❤

find support - the best thing you can do for yourself is to build your bonds with other people so they can help you stand up to your bullies.

just be yourself, don't give a shit about what anyone else thinks of you. just do what you want and don't let anyone tell you what you can or cant do.
