Up the top left hand corner of the site is a red button that says "Vent/Listen Chat". Click that, and you'll be directed to the hub.
Scroll down to a large blue button that says "I agree, Proceed to chat" (making sure you've read the terms and conditions.
Then you'll get to choose between Listener (help someone out) or Venter (talk or release).
