Try to allow yourself time to grieve over the break up first, then try to distract yourself by keeping busy and meeting new people. The more you work on building up yourself and your confidence, the less you will feel need for the person you broke up with. Look toward the future and those you will meet, not the past and people who have left.

Getting over somebody takes time. So let time help you heal and move on. Live your life as you normally would and go ahead and think of her.
