How do I get a fast metabolism?

1

I really want a fast metabolism but the thing is I live in a country where the foods which is suppose to boost your metabolism isn’t readily available and can be quite expensive like blueberries. Is there other types of foods which is very easy to find and can definitely boost my metabolism?

Two things. Exercise and caffeine. With the caffeine, your heart will beat slightly faster and you will burn a few calories more. Is it going to make a difference? Not really. Exercise will boost your body and you will like consume maybe 10 calories a minute while you do it. Is it going to make a difference? Maybe, if you do it everyday and don't overcompensate by eating more.
To sum it up: if your goal is losing weight, a diet would be more effective.
If your current diet makes you sloggy and your goal is avoiding that, you could try some alternative natural diet for a few days, like paleo or vegan, and see if it improves your mood.

I used an app called myfitnesspal to help me lose weight. After you fill in your info (weight, age, amount of exercise a day, etc.), it gives you a certain number of calories you can eat that day. You can log almost everything there, and you can even make it feel like a game. It helped me immensely, and I lost almost 50 pounds with it. I recommend it 10/10.

DRINK GREEN TEA! Lots of it!I started drinking it about 6 months ago, and 3-5 cups a day. No sugar, no milk. Just plain green tea.Paired with a healthy diet and exercise (jogging every other day, lifting weights, sports), I lost like 25 pounds (135lbs to 110lbs) and gained some good muscle within the past 6 months. Also make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day!If you're looking to lose weight like I was, stay away from foods that are high in carbohydrates (such as pastas, breads, cakes, beer, etc) and instead, eat foods that are higher in protein (meats, cheese, nuts, fish, yogurt).Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. stick to only water and green tea. Exercise (Both cardio AND weight training!), get your full eight hours of sleep and trust me, you WILL see results!Message me if you need additional advice and I hope all goes well!Ariana
