DRINK GREEN TEA! Lots of it!I started drinking it about 6 months ago, and 3-5 cups a day. No sugar, no milk. Just plain green tea.Paired with a healthy diet and exercise (jogging every other day, lifting weights, sports), I lost like 25 pounds (135lbs to 110lbs) and gained some good muscle within the past 6 months. Also make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day!If you're looking to lose weight like I was, stay away from foods that are high in carbohydrates (such as pastas, breads, cakes, beer, etc) and instead, eat foods that are higher in protein (meats, cheese, nuts, fish, yogurt).Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. stick to only water and green tea.
