Go outside, more. Walks and runs. Less alone time.
1. Write down your feelings. It helps to see it on paper. 2.Talk to someone. You are never alone. 3.Workout! When you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. Endorphins trigger a positive feeling in the body. 4. Find something new to do everyday. Make everyday exciting so you don't fall into a routine. It could be anything from listening to a new song, to giving a loved one a card.At your lowest moments, tell yourself "this to shall pass".All the best :)
