Many people interpret God as someone who will take all of your hardships away should you ask it of Him, and yet this is far from the truth. God would like nothing more than to see you pull through your struggles with your own two hands, with your own willpower. God isn't someone who goes around performing people's personal errands at their whim to make their life easier. Would you go around performing all of your child's personal errands and chores to make their lives easier? Surely as any parent would know, this is not a way to build a good character in a person. This would 'spoil' a person, making them much more ill-mannered. As any good parent, God would like to see you succeed on your own, through your own wisdom and effort. I'm sure you can do it. He put His faith in you for a reason.
If you are having financial troubles, then seek a source of financial income. If you have a job and it isn't paying well enough, then search for a job with higher income. The same basic principle can be applied to any scenario in life. If you would like to acquire something, then make the effort to obtain it. It isn't just going to come to you. It's up to you to make it happen.
