I found that not drinking fizzy drinks, and watching what i ate helped. I follow a diet, and i take daily walks/jogs. It helps, and it's totally worthwhile. You can still enjoy junk food, but just plan like one every two weeks, or have one treat once a week. Remember though, weight doesn't define you. I'm pretty sure you're beautiful as you are, and only lose weight if it'll make you happy. No one else.
The truth is, there's no way to lose wait QUICKLY that is healthy... However, if you start exercising well and eating well you will start to lose weight immediately but you might not notice right away. It could take a year to lose 70 pounds but you must stay strong and keep trying. Don't forget that soda and juices are full of sugar and they are totally horrible for you. Try to always drink water.. at least 8 glasses a day. Try not to eat junk and start stocking up on greens! Eat salads, veggies, fruits and all that good stuff. Make sure you eat 5 small meals a day instead of 3 large meals. Blue suppresses your appetite so if you feel you are eating too much, eat off of a blue plate a smaller plate also helps. Get the proper amount of sleep and NEVER skip breakfast. Whatever you do, do not forget to EXERCISE!!!! If losing weight will make you confident then go for it! It's about time you love yourself and don't let your weight bring you down :) One more thing.. if you are trying to count calories at all I HIGHLY recommend the app "Lose It!" It tells you what your daily intake should be and it keeps track of what you eat, your exercise and everything else! Don't ever give up and you will lose weight before you know it :) Hope this helps-radamske
To lose weight, the best thing for you is to eat healthier, and start going out for walks and maybe even go to a gym. Don't eat sugary or salty things because they just make you hungry or thirsty really quickly and make you take way more than you should. I suggest if you're really used to sugary intakes that you slowly wean your way off of them though. If you try to quit cold turkey there's more of a chance that you'll give up, and if losing weight is what you want to do then you don't want to constantly be cheating your diet, but make sure you give yourself treats for doing good, like if you don't cheat your diet for an entire week or so, give yourself a reward- just don't go overboard. My gym teacher suggested to me that if you want to lose weight try out for a sport- it can help change fat to muscle. But if sports aren't your thing, push ups and sit ups are really helpful and a healthy way to burn calories and effectively lose weight. Go for walks or jogs as often as your time will allow, they burn calories and they really help. I suggest listening to music while you do it because it's proven to make you go faster and longer than usual. Honestly, even if you only exersize before you go to bed and when you wake up it will still be really good for you. Hope you find that confidence boost you're looking for sweetie.
Since you are still growing, for the eating part I would ask something specific for your age, to a dietitian or doctor, just to be safe and followed. Like other said, getting in the habit of walking more is almost never a bad idea.
There's this app that may cost less than 5 bucks, it's called Sworkit. It has different exercise programs that work different parts of your body, and it keeps up with how many calories you're losing. I do at least 20 minutes of core strength when I can, and it feels good. You could also check Pinterest for different small workout challenges, like the squat challenge. They hurt at first but after you keep working the muscles it really helps. Eat less junk, like chips and cookies, and focus on more vegetables and protein. (Don't completely just eat greens, you want some meat in there too.) Drink water. It helps. There's also a product called Advocare that helps you lose weight faster, but it's on the expensive side, so if you want to try it. Try to find a balanced diet you can work with. Best of luck! <3
I found quite an unknown diet that really helped me and my mum she some weight. It is call the Cambridge diet and basically you have some milkshakes and some bars that have next to no calories and you lose it like never before. You still get all the vitamins and minerals etc that you need but without the calories. Also drink lots of water. Here is the link:
