I'm not exactly sure what you mean by search usernames but I think there used to be a directory here that you could search people alphabetically, most recent, etc. I'm not sure if it still exists since they recently changed their site again but if you're looking for someone just search blahtherapy.com/members/someguy/ or whatever member you're looking for.
