The list would be likely triggered from a variety of sources they maybe from the surrounding environment, illness', or it could even be psychosomatic (where you believe something is happening and therefore you show the symptoms, basically like a hypochondriac). I suggest you see a doctor and talk to them about it. Eating healthy foods, drinking plenty of water, getting exercise, and limiting the amount of time you are looking at a screen might help(tv, computer, phone, ipod, ipad, whatever other devices we have these days). Maybe go hiking or something, go somewhere out in nature to try to get away from possible sources of free radicals/ radiation that comes off of many electronic devices. You should really talk to a doctor if you haven't, though.

Considering the list of things you already stated you have, I think most of those things actually could fall under those disorder's criteria. Also, I've found the more I focused on the things that were wrong with me, the more those things increased and the more I found "wrong," even with things that were entirely normal. Honestly, I think you should go to your doctor and show them this list. If one doctor won't help you, find another one. If nothing else, someone should be able to help you manage the disorders you're already struggling with, and if those are properly managed, then you might find the other concerning symptoms lessen or are easier to deal with.

I have been to doctors, and even though I likely have hypermobility, my doctor said it's untreatable and "not worth the diagnosis." I physically cannot go on a hike or anything like that. My ankles and knees give out when I walk, as it is. My toes dislocate. It hurts.I use juice as a supplement to my nutrition, as my gastro doctor put me me on soft foods and liquids. They don't know what's wrong with me either. I'm having another endoscopy to find out and trying to see why I can't digest foods properly. My nausea isn't linked to the GERD. That's a different thing. I just get food coming up. No acid and burning. I've had constant nausea my whole life. It cycles between bearable and almost throwing up. Being dizzy or having a pressure headache makes it worse.
