Hair hair hair!

I’ve been trying to grow my hair out, but it seems to take 6 months just for it too move in length. Even then it’s just a tiny bit. I eat healthy. I’ve been taking hair skin and nails gummed. I rarely use heat tools like once every other month and I use a heat protectant. I blow dry my hair weekly but on cold and the lightest setting so it takes me about 25 minutes to get all the way through it but its not damaging. I also co wash once a week and shampoo once to twice a week. I also use coconut oil and olive oil with moisturizers. So why is it not growing???!!!!

Some people just take a long time for it to grow .. Remember to make sure you get lots of calcium. Things you apply to your hair directly will probably only help you keep your hair, but not help grow it.

:D, I'm a guy whose hair grows extremely fast, I live with a girl who constantly complains about how her hair never grows.

Personally, I feel like not showering and washing out natural oils has helped. Also, when I was a kid .. I used to religiously scratch my head. Like.. Pretty unhealthily. I drew a little blood each time, but it never hurt.

In all the places I typically scratched, is where I grow the most hair.

Obviously, do not hurt yourself, but my theory is maybe by clearing and stimulating the pores might help.

For a while, what worked for me, was taking prenatal pills. I know it sounds weird but it worked!

Do you keep your hair mostly in a ponytail? Because the restriction that hats and ponytails have may play a role in why its not growing as fast. The restriction of your follicles. July of last year I shaved my head bald completely and its almost at my shoulders a year later. So I've been trying everything to make it grow faster. No Hair dyes, No heat, No hair products except for all natural but that's my personal choice. Ive also switched to the "No-Poo" hair care.
