Getting over someone

0

This was about six months ago. I dated this girl for a month. Everything was going great, until her mum decided to get in the way and break the relationship up. It seems that it worked, and she ended up leaving me, and I’ve never heard of her since. I still miss her. How can I get over her?

I'm sorry about that. Crying is a good way to get over someone but you also need to limit the time you're sad because eventually you need to understand there is a certain point at which its your best to just move on. I suggest doing your own thing for awhile. Hangout with friends do things that make you happy.

Hey there! @archeryftw i have been in your situation..you need to get over her..Just keep yourself busy in stuff..take up any activity of your interest like any sport(like basketball,i did Skating..lol) learning guitar, drawing etc Just bury yourself in it..Don't waste your precious life in thinking for a girl..and yeah don't listen to sad and shitty songs..and don't put or read depressing status, updates and all..lol Talk it out with your friends when you are alone..and try going out with someone else ;) good luck :)

It's been six months, meet new people, think about other stuff than her. Everytime you start thinking about her, do something that'll make you think of that particular thing or other stuff.

Most importantly get rid of all visible things that remind you of her, pictures either delete them or put them away. As you said six months, you have to go out, socialize give other girls a chance you never know you might find someone better .

It takes nothing but time to get over someone. I don't think there's a quick or painless way to do it, unfortunately. It takes time. Allow yourself to go through the grieving process of losing her and deal with your emotions and feelings as they come. Good luck
